Delete Your GalacticFix Account

Use the secure in-app deletion option, or contact support if you can no longer access the app.

Fastest Method

Delete in the App

Your signed-in session identifies the correct account. You do not need to enter your phone number on this website.

Sign in securely

Open GalacticFix and sign in with the verified phone number connected to your account.

Open Manage My Data

Go to Settings → Manage My Data → Delete Account.

Confirm deletion

Review the warning and confirm. Account deletion is irreversible.

Cannot Access the App?

Send an account-deletion request to GalacticFix Support. We will provide secure identity-verification steps before deleting anything.

Security: A phone number or email request alone cannot delete an account. Never email your SMS verification code to anyone, including support.
Data Handling

What Deletion Covers

Deleted with Your Account

  • Your GalacticFix account, profile, active sessions, and device tokens.
  • App appointments and callback requests associated with the account.
  • Your private Home Passport work records, photos, invoices, and documents.
  • Other private app data directly associated with your verified account.

Shared Homes and Required Records

  • Another resident's private work, invoices, and photos are never deleted with your account.
  • If more than one resident uses the same Home Passport, shared technical details about the home, such as equipment information, may remain available to the other resident. Your account and phone number will be removed from those details.
  • Records required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, or security obligations may be retained only for the applicable purpose and period.
